Service providers require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with the establishment you have chosen. Hotel Christmas Breaks.com does not handle any bookings or take any personal or credit card details, we just provide details of establishments for you to enquire or book with.
Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email/letter from the establishment in case you need to cancel. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the establishment it is normally free of charge. We recommend that you read the cancellation policy carefully. If you cancel later than requested or do not show up, the establishment that you have booked with might charge you a fee or the full amount of your reservation.
Every business has their own cancellation policy and when you book with them you agree to that. You can usually find this on your confirmation letter or on their web site, or you can contact their reservations department and they’ll be happy to help you.
