Front of house is the preserve of your host Cass (his first name is a closely guarded secret!)with his staff, their aim is to make your mealwith us an enjoyable experience.If there is anything that you need then pleasedo not hesitate to ask.
Cass has travelled the world both on busines and pleasure sampling food and wine froma number of cultures from Thai wineto 'cuy' (guinea pig), both of which will not bemaking an appearance on the wine list or menu!A supporter of Newcastle United, Lancashirecricket and and a keen golfer (when he hasthe time!) so beware of entering into a conversation on football, cricket and his slice!
