Pellicano is a family run restaurant, nestling in the heart of Chelsea. Our philosophy, is to provide good quality, wholesome, Italian food using the freshest ingredients. The restaurant can accommodate 50 seating in the main dining room, 20 “pavement” seating (Spring to Autumn), together with a private Dining room which can accommodate up to 20 guests. Children are welcome.Pellicano serves quality Italian cuisine with a Sardinian accent. Our Chef, Maria Damu together with her husband,, have been at Pellicano since 2000. Fresh homemade pasta dishes such as pappardelle with porcini mushrooms are served alongside tagliolini(thin ribbons of pasta) with fresh crab rocket and chilli and spaghettini with lobster Pellicano. Throughout the year we also serve innovative salad combinations, together with exciting vegetarian dishes such as culigiones (homemade Sardinian ravioli filled with potato, pecorino cheese and mint, served with a tomato sauce) or grilled goats cheese with beetroot and spinach.
Our a la carte menu, which changes seasonally, offers a wide choice of dishes, together with weekly “specials”. We also have fixed price, set lunch menus that change on a regular basis.
The Pellicano wine list offers a comprehensive choice of Italian wines to suit every taste and pocket. Wines are from various regions with the emphasis on wines from Sardinia – specially sourced from family run wineries. Our staff are knowledgeable and can recommend wines to compliment dishes from all our menus.
