Our Food is mostly sourced locally from the “Garden that is Derbyshire”, we also source “Best in class”.
Our Pork, Lamb, Poultry and 21 day matured steaks are all locally sourced.We will be taking part in The Derbyshire Food & Drink Fair at Bolsover castle on Sat 17th & Sun 18th May with some of our homemade produce.
The specialist seafood for our Fish Counter comes from all over the UK; Shrimps from Lytham; Lobster and Crab from Anglesy. Fresh Fish is a signature here, it is delivered fresh daily from the market. Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas to Lobster Thermidor - the menu changes daily when the daily catch arrives.
Head Chef Neil McCann brings with him a wealth of experience in Seafood, having worked in Quality Seafood restaurants both here and also on The Co Down Coast in N Ireland.
Neil and his team prepare all the menu items fresh on a daily basis complimented by homemade chutneys & Black pudding, with Homemade Ice cream and desserts to name just a few specialities.
A freshly baked complimentary Bread Basket is offered with all main meals.
