Set in the idyllic rural hamlet of Castle Ashby, just six miles south east of Northampton, dating back to the 16th century. The Falcon Hotel is a traditional country hotel with the emphasis on excellent food and service.
Our bedrooms are all en suite, situated in the hotel and our cottages next door. Decorated with country fabrics and gentle village views.
Our award-winning restaurant overlooks the delightful gardens. The 'modern English' cuisine uses local produce and fresh vegetables from the gardens wherever possible. Complemented by the wine list, including old and new world wines. Our Village menu hosts a complete range of dishes to excite the pallet.
