The Cavendish, named after the 7th Duke of Devonshire, is a majestic Hotel commanding the premier sea front position on Eastbourne's Grand Parade. The hotel enjoys a reputation for fine food and wine in its magnificent Marine Restaurant, making it an excellent venue for business people, conference delegates and leisure seekers.
The Bonnington Group has spent millions refurbishing the hotel back to its former glory and contemporary 4 star standard while keeping the unique features of the Victorian styled building
All our newly refurbished modern rooms include TV, tea & coffee making facilities, trouser press and hairdryer. There is 24 hour room service available.
The contempory Coronet Bar with its panoramic sea views is the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail or Pimms & Lemonade. There is an extensive Bar menu available for both lunch and dinner.
Our magnificent Marine Restaurant, with it’s spectacular sea views, offer our guests a full hot buffet breakfast in the mornings, and a superb menu with an extensive wine list in the evenings. The Marine Restaurant is also a fantastic venue for Banqueting and Weddings with a built in dance floor and a seating capacity of 220 guests.
