The daily changing menu allows our Team of Passionate Chef’s to make the very best of the local produce available, choosing the freshest vegetables, local meat and of course for Brighton the pick of the very best fish, straight from the boat. Whatever the weather, the season or the time of day the menu reflects those moods.
Focusing on a new simplicity the restaurant concentrates on the fresh vitality of the food, offering a new “untwist” in English food. The wide menu, with smaller dishes will allows the guest a myriad of flavours from oysters to omelettes. With a wine list to match, it’s a playground for the senses.
